White tea
-
China
The most natural type of tea. Only withered and heated, these carefully picked teas cannot be compared with any other type of tea.
Soft, sweet aromas, sometimes reminiscent of marzipan, or variants with floral notes in the foreground, delight both tea veterans and newcomers to good teas.
-
India
Only the finest tips are picked individually by hand and minimally processed.
Typical are spicy but fine aromas, the cup slightly darker than Chinese white tea. The Assam character is noticeable, but pleasantly in the background.
-
Nepal
Carefully picked, the processed buds exude a spicy aroma.
Typical are soft and spicy notes, which are often reminiscent of a Darjeeling, as they are exposed to similar conditions.
