Wild old trees, carefully picked. Intensely aromatic and very impressive in color, these varieties are not only a treat for the palate, but also for the eye.

Silver Buds
from CHF 38.00

An exceptional quality from wild-growing tea trees.
The buds are reminiscent of birds stretching their wings in the first sunlight of the new day to take their first morning flight.

Very elaborate and traditionally produced

Picked in winter in the vastness of Yunnan, the beautiful hand-picked buds delight us with their tart, spicy forest notes and mild sweetness.

Moonlight White Tea
from CHF 20.00

A white tea from the highlands of Yunnan from tall, old tea trees.

Visually appealing, this white tea surprises with its two faces. On the one hand, typically white and fluffy, and on the other, dark and shiny like the night sky.

Its character in the cup is just as surprising. Reminiscent of fresh honey, yet slightly leafy and aromatic, with a light cup typical of white tea, this Moonlight white tea is an experience for special tea times.

Fujian

The finest representatives of the well-known white tea from China come from this province.

Yin Zhen Bai Hao
from CHF 29.00

Bai Hao Yin Zhen should be familiar to every tea lover.

Very labor-intensive and rare, most farmers shy away from this great work.
1 kg of finished tea is obtained from 120,000-150,000 buds.

These buds exude an aroma of sweet hay in the warm cup, delicately sweet on the palate with a hint of marzipan.

Even the infusion color is masterfully elegant. Reminiscent of champagne, this infusion unfolds its full color splendor on a white background.

Organic Pai Mu Tan
from CHF 14.80

Reminiscent of freshly fallen leaves on a cool, misty autumn morning, this successful harvest from Fujian province surprises us with its finely pronounced aromas.

Unlike its siblings, not only the silver buds are picked for this well-known tea variety, but also the first and second leaves. This creates a new taste profile, which is characterized by a pleasantly soft and sweet cup. It is easy to digest and not overpowering, less sweet but with a long-lasting, pleasant mouthfeel.

Recommended for every tea lover who appreciates an honest, balanced and delicate cup of tea.

Yin Zhen Silver Needle
from CHF 42.00

Its noble name is not deceptive. Just the sight of these perfect, hand-picked tips is enough to make you not want to spend another tea time without this excellent tea.

This variety has a similar character to our Bai Hao Yin Zhen.

Sweet and leafy, with notes ranging from marzipan to fresh lime blossom, this light orange infusion is sure to win over every Weissteel lover. Once drunk, the diverse aromas linger on the palate and tongue for a long time and remind you of this unique experience.

Guangxi

Fleshy, large buds, reminiscent of miso and more intensely spicy than their neighbors, they are a delight.

Organic Snow Buds
from CHF 18.00

This variety is related to the Snow Flakes from Guangxi.

In addition to the bud, the first leaf is also picked and processed, giving the tea a soft and accessible character.

Snow Flakes
from CHF 34.00

Snow Flakes is a white tea that was planted in Guangxi. Snow Flakes therefore belongs to the highest grade of white teas.

The buds are picked by hand and withered for several days. The buds are then dried in the oven so that they can be kept and sold for a long time.

The notes are fuller-bodied, rich and bready compared to those of Fujian.
