Assam
Assam black tea is characterized by its strong, malty taste and deep red color. The leaves are carefully picked by hand and then oxidized to develop the characteristic aroma that is appreciated by tea lovers all over the world.
Some of the Assam black teas (such as Hatimara CTC or Meleng) can also be enjoyed the English way with milk and sugar!
The Halmari plantation is considered the No.1 in Assam, the tea: a treasure. Extravagant in everything and with a delicate, malty aroma.

This lot from the Duliabam plantation was produced exclusively for us. This rarity is processed in the Halmari plantation in Assam, India. The tea plant was grown from the old Betjan seeds, which have now become a rarity, although they are native to the area.
The leaves are left slightly larger, which means they do not taste quite as intense and give way to lighter, milder notes. Despite the few tips, soft notes are retained. However, the tea does not lose its typical malty aromas.
Duliabam offers lighter, milder flavors that complement and enhance the malty, smooth character of Assam black teas.

Frost tea South India
Nilgiri is a picturesque mountainous region in southern India. This area is known for its breathtaking scenery, lush tea plantations and pleasant climate. The leaves are harvested when they are still covered in frost, allowing them to develop their Darjeeling-like aromas. Unique in their infusion, they spread across the entire palate and linger on the tongue for a long time.
The taste is reminiscent of a blend of Darjeeling first flush and Uva highland tea.
