Matcha
Matcha is a high-quality green tea that is ground into powder and used in the Japanese tea ceremony.
Matcha is naturally rich in L-theanine and caffeine.
As matcha is pulverized (ground) and the tea leaves are therefore completely absorbed by the body, the nutritional value is much higher than that of brewed tea.
Our matcha range is certified in accordance with CH-BIO-006.
The country of origin of our matcha is exclusively Japan.
Matcha is a high quality green tea (tencha) ground into a powder, used in the Japanese tea ceremony. Matcha is naturally high in L-theanine because the tencha grows in the shade. Because matcha is powdered and thus the tea leaves enter the body completely, the nutritional value is much higher than that of steeped tea.

As each broom is unique and handmade, there may be slight variations in size and durability.
Soak the chasen in a little water before each use (only the tips). This softens the bamboo whisk and extends its durability.
Only rinse under running water.
Do not bring into contact with cleaning agents or milk.
To dry, place on a ceramic holder provided for this purpose or place vertically on the bristles.
