Our rarities require the closest cooperation with the local tea farmers. Unique in taste and quality, they bring joy and connection with every infusion.
The selection of rarities is available from as little as 50 grams (except Wen Shan Pouchung Premium).
Red Jade is a cross between two mother plants from Assam and Taiwan. The taste of the tea is wonderfully aromatic with hints of cinnamon, brandy and malt sugar. The tea can be brewed up to three times.
Character: Soft, tangy.
Origin: Nantou County, Taiwan
A rarity and a tea to enjoy. It comes from the famous Wen Shan area, is large-leaved and sweet taste.

The Big Red Robe is from the same tea plants as the Da Hong Pao from the Wu Yi Shan mountains in the north of the Chinese province of Fujian. It is highly aromatic and lingers long on the tongue.
Character: Earthy, slightly woody, long-lasting

West Lake, Xi Hu Lung Ching is a very high quality tea. Its clarity, without roasted aromas and with light sweetness will please any Lung Ching lover. These youngest leaf buds are from the 1st reading in March.
Character: Very aromatic, slightly sweet, brightening.

Green teas are almost exclusively produced in Japan. All the more surprising then that this black tea from the Benifuki cultivar shows us that the Japanese can do things differently.
A great dark infusion with plenty of flavor remains in the mouth and memory for a long time.

A brown tea from Feng Huang Shan (Phoenix Mountain) in Guangdong Province. Mi Lan Xiang Oolong with its wonderful honey orchid aroma pleases the palate. It is delicate and long on the tongue with a peach lychee note.

Shi Feng, which translates as Lion's Peak, is considered one of the most sought-after green teas in China.
This tea is so valuable that it is a popular wedding gift among wealthy Chinese.
In the province of Zhejiang in the capital Hangzhou, there is a large lake known as Xihu or West Lake.
Along its banks are a variety of villages where the tea farmers produce the best lung ching.
Very young shoots are harvested, which are then pressed by hand in steel pans and heated at the same time.
This Lung Ching has a very invigorating effect and delights with its nutty, chestnut-like character.

Bai Hao Yin Zhen should be familiar to every tea lover.
Very labor-intensive and rare, most farmers shy away from this great work.
1 kg of finished tea is obtained from 120,000-150,000 buds.
These buds exude an aroma of sweet hay in the warm cup, delicately sweet on the palate with a hint of marzipan.

The Wen Shan Pouchung Premium (also known as Wen Shan Baozhong), won the 2023 championships for the best teas from Taiwan.
Its rich sweet-floral notes fill the palate for a long time and give great pleasure when drinking this masterpiece.
The golden honey-green infusion also impresses the eye with its vibrant colors.
Packed in 150g tins, it retains its aroma for a long time and can therefore also be enjoyed later.
Tip: Not only infused warm several times, but also infused cold overnight, the diverse flavors convince us.
