Pu'erh/Rottee
Yunnan
Fermented teas have a wide range of aromas. From woody forest floor notes to mossy-earthy-sweet to leafy-tart, everything can be perceived.
Highly prized in China, this type of tea is becoming increasingly popular in our part of the world.
Pressed as tea cakes or packaged in batches, aged or enjoyed fresh. Every tea lover should have drunk this type of tea at least once.
This organic Pu'erh from the province of Yunnan in southern China impresses with its rich aroma. The fertile soil and pristine nature of Yunnan give the tea a powerful taste.
It is carefully picked by hand and gently processed. The infused leaf clearly shows the picked leaves and their texture.
We recommend carefully breaking the tea into small pieces and preparing it in the Gong Fu Cha style (traditional Chinese).
Of course, it also has an excellent aroma in the western style.
